Film features Betty Boop and Popeye. The box is in extremely rough condition. Film appears to be in decent condition; however, I'm not an expert and due to the age I didn't look any closer than what the photos show. Everything seems very delicate. History: an elderly family friend is working on cleaning out her house and found this in a child's desk drawer. She doesn't remember it and believes that it was her sister-in-laws (who has passed many years ago).
