    Description

I'm not certain this is a portion of the original "lost" film, or a "nudie" copy using the same title.
    "The Wood Nymph
is a lost 1916 silent film whose story was written by D. W. Griffith as Granville Warwick, produced by his Fine Arts Film company, directed by Paul Powell and distributed by the Triangle Film Corporation. This film stars Marie Doro a stage actress recently arrived in films, in a Gishian type of role and was expressly written for her by Griffith."
400 foot reel, but only about 150 feet of film. I have not viewed this entire film. The film is "turning" with smell, but is still in good condition.
I have been collecting motion picture films for decades and have a collection of hundreds of reels. I will be listing more reels in the future.
