Film itself is barely colored. Has faded over time. Entire film is geared toward safety education in the 1950's. Of course the teacher is beautiful with a perfect figure.  It takes you though a day at school and all the different courses that they learn. Then it gets into stranger danger and shows these twins in different real life situations and how they are supposed to react.
