If a package is damaged in transit, and if it was insured, the buyer must cooperate in filing the insurance claim (not a big deal). The box and packing material must be kept and available for the post office if an item is insured and damaged in transit. If an issue is not addressed in the description (I attempt to provide comprehensive descriptions) or if the bidder doesn’t understand the description and he or she did not ask a question about it, no refund will be made.
