    Description

    Offering this captivating antique hollow metal reclining beautiful 5 1/2" dog.  Could be a Setter, Retriever, or Spaniel type ??  Lovely, original paint.  Listed at auction as late 1800's - early 1900's.  Please see all pictures for details.  Because there are dark brown highlights, it's a bit hard to tell, but it feels like the 2 dots on the forehead are paint loss as well as 2 on its flank. Very sweet.  I've seen later iron ones from this mold, but this is not a repro.
