United States Lines: A dramatic portrait of the S.S. UNITED STATES speeding smoothly through choppy seas.
The 18" by 28" print is by Thomas Skinner (1889-1955) who in his later years had a studio near-by the Newport News Shipyard where the ship was abuilding. The portrait was printed for the Mariner's Museum.
Good condition with light bending.
