These Christmas trees don’t require assembly, nor will they lose their needles! Wear a pair of these handmade dangle earrings to show some Christmas spirit, or give as a stocking stuffer or Christmas gift. They’re perfect for the season of giving.
These earrings are handmade, needle tatted from 100% cotton tatting thread, and have gold seed beads added as if they were decorations, giving them some sparkle. The beading also matches the gold-tone nickel-free fishhook findings. In addition these Christmas trees also have five faux pearl beads forming a topper to the greenery - looking similar to a white shimmering star. All-in-all these drop earrings are extremely lightweight to wear, even with the beading, and quite possibly the only reason you’d know you had them on is from the compliments you receive!
Tatting combines tiny knots via rings, chains and pecots (spaces) to form a type of lace. The pecots help to give it a lacy look, but they can also be used to insert beading.
These unique earrings are approximately 1 1/4” at their wides point. The tree, along with the pearl beads and trunk, measure 2”, and with the finding will dangle about 2 1/2” from the ear.
These findings are nickel-free and shouldn’t cause an allergic reaction for those who may be sensitive, but you also can contact me if you would prefer a different type of metal. Some, such as sterling silver, may have an added charge. These can also be made to order with different colored beads, depending on your preference. That way they could match a particular outfit!
