    Description

    The green and blue 500 Iraqi dinars banknote is part of the family of banknotes issued by the Central Bank of Iraq from 2013 to 2018. Its obverse side depicts the Dokan Dam in the Sulaimania Governorate. Its reverse side features the winged bull statue and Assyrian priest from the Palace of Khorsabad in the Fortress of Sargon. Security features of the note include two intaglio circles on the obverse side, a solid security thread with demetalized Arabic text and a horse head watermark. The note is 142 mm long and 66 mm wide. This note is dated 2015, signed by Ali Mohsen Ismali Al-Alaq, printed by De La Rue, in uncirculated condition, and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
