    John Raitt, Ellen Christy, Mary Louise Wilson, Renato Cibelli, Ruth Gillette, Peter Conlow, Charles Forster and Edward Fuller.
    A full-page Insert notes that John Raitt had fallen ill and that he was being replaced by Allen Case, whose photo and bio appear on insert.
    Back cover has an ad for an upcoming production of
    My Fair Lady

    Ray Milland
    , whose 3 x 4 inch photo is included in ad.
