RETURN POLICY, WARRANTY:
This item is sold "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. A DOA warranty is offered. The buyer must email the seller within 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery, for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and let the seller know what is wrong with the unit. There is no exception to the time limit. The DOA warranty does not cover any defects that have been disclosed in the bid description. The buyer must return the item within 7 days. Upon return, a inspection will be made to verify the item was sent back with all the parts, and not taken apart then a refund will be issued.
If a return is agreed upon between the seller and buyer, the buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING cost.
Title transfers at point of shipment, F.O.B. Sunnyvale California.
