.  The musical opened in NYC on 03/15/56 and ran for 2717 performances.  Inside are production photos, headshot photos, bios, character list, scene synopsis, musical numbers list and critics' quotes.  Cast includes Michael Evans, Caroline Dixon, Charles Victor, Hugh Dempster, Margaret Bannerman, Katherine Hynes, Reid Shelton, Eric Brotherson, Charles Penman, Marie Paxton and Velma Royton.  Music by Frederick Loewe, lyrics and book by Alan Jay Lerner (adapted from Pygmalion by Bernard Shaw).  Directed by Moss Hart and choreographed by Hanya Holm.  The program is complete.

Note:
Souvenir programs are 9 x 12 inches but may vary somewhat in size.
Condition is very good with minor wear including some soiling on the cover and a light vertical fold.
CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
