Oak-Framed Thomas Skinner Print of SS UNITED STATES - Printed by Maritime Museum

United States Lines: A dramatic portrait of the S.S. UNITED STATES speeding smoothly through choppy seas.
The print is by Thomas Skinner (1889-1955) who in his later years had a studio near-by the Newport News Shipyard where the ship was abuilding. The portrait was printed for the Mariner's Museum. A handsome oak frame (16" by 26") makes for a nice presentation.
Very good condition with a few marks in the border.
