  • Condition: The cover has wear along the cover edges & corners and a minor crease in the left corner. There's some discoloration and the entire cover has faded a bit when compared to the end of the flap that has been protected. The only tear I noticed is very small & along a flap edge, making a crease. There is no writing anywhere in the folder. With the exception of a few small, faint age age spots on the white borders of the pictures, the picture insert is very nice. Still, this old picture folder is in nice condition considering its' age.

    This is an old souvenir picture folder from "Magnolia Gardens & Middleton Gardens" in Charleston, SC.  It could be from the 1930's - really don't know but it's old.  It contains a foldout of 18 color pictures (not including the cover pictures) and the inside of the cover contains information about the gardens. The folder measures approximately 6-1/4" x 4-1/4".  Not surprisingly, the cover has wear along the cover edges & corners and a minor crease in the left corner. There's some discoloration and the entire cover has faded a bit when compared to the end of the flap that has been protected. The only tear I noticed is very small & along a flap edge, making a crease.  There is no writing anywhere on the folder.  With the exception of a few small, faint age age spots on the white borders of the pictures, the picture insert is very nice.
    The foldout of 18 pictures is a bit smaller than the cover and remain in very nice condition with just a few small, likely age spots, noted.  The covers of these older folders overhang the pictures - great for protecting the pictures but more susceptible to wear.  Still, this folder is in nice condition given its' age.
