In the panoply of crooked politicians Balgo stands tall. He says he's innocent. I wasn't there. I don't know and since I am from Chicago I can't remember. Makes one appreciate their hard working public servants. This is original from the days before he was indicted, tried, and convicted.  Whatever your feelings are about the man we must admit that he was good at swearing and cursing and he had nice hair and nice suits.
