These stickers were made by a penny scale operator or possibly by one of the scale manufactures. Each of the stickers is on a separate piece of glass in the photo, but they were made to be used together.   Mills used the owl logo but this was not made for the Mills penny scales, but it might fit some models.  You are buying the stickers only, glass is not included. These stickers were made to go on the inside of the glass. They read: 5 CENTS WEIGH TODAY WATCH YOUR WEIGHT FREE IF COIN RETURNS STAND STILL. The round one measures  5" across and the other measures 8 3/8" across. These stickers are probably at least 40 years old but will stick well with no cracks or bubbles, as shown in the sample.
