People On Front Porch Downtown Area Standard 8mm Home Movie Film

Reel played good in projector. This is a standard 8mm film.
Film is about 3 minutes long. About 60 seconds of the footage in the middle of the film is not good. It is very dark and can’t see anything. There is a rough splice in the film that needs respliced but the entire film did play in the projector on the first try.
Film is a little brittle and the film is a little bit grainy.
Not sure of date but it is probably late 1930’s or 1940’s based on the cars.
Film progresses as follows:
-80 seconds of footage of a group of people on a front porch and a person standing in the front of the house.
-60 seconds where footage is very dark and not viewable
-60 seconds footage of a person up high up in a building panning around the city skyline and streets. Not sure what city it is.
