    20.pages of detailed instructions on how to kill a condemned criminal with chemical injections. Bears the name of the Warden of MO State Prison at that time, Bill M. Armontrout.
    Written by Fred A. Leuchter Associates Inc. The same company built and installed execution equipment across the U.S. in the 80s and 90s. As seen in Errol Morris documentary "Mr. Death".
