We offer refund or exchange / costume alternation for defective items/ missing items/ items significantly different from our description. Please contact us within 3 days after you get your item. We will give you return instruction after defect proved.
For wrong size, once confirmed the error occurred by our side, we will make a new one costume with free of charge. If this caused by wrong measurements buyer provided, we are not responsible for refund.
