    Booklet is in fair condition.  It is 60 years old and had not been saved in any archival manner. The staples have been taken out, there are a few dog eared page corners.  The pages are slightly discolored from age.  The cover has a slight tear on the top and bottom. The rear page has tears on the bottom.
    I don't know if it ever had a different cover or if it came without a cover.  Please see the pictures for more details.
