they are part of the description.  Nicks and discoloration to porcelain. Parts internally have some surface rusting. SOLD AS NON WORKING - AS IS.  Main read-out display has cracks in top cover glass, while underside decaled glass is fine. Top glass an easy fix. Main mirror top section has crazing to decaling - see photos.
This is identical to the top section of the most rare WATLING 500 FORTUNE TELLING / WEIGHT SCALE - but internally appears to have slotted channels that may accept just a bottom base section (which is lacking) and this device would have served merely as a TABLE TOP TRADE STIMULATOR COIN-OP.
