Vintage 1941 16mm Agfa Kino-Kamera ISS Isopan Super Special film in Box. Unused?

Vintage 1941 Agfa Kino-Kamera ISS Isopan Super Special in Box. German.
Found in the back of desk drawer of a house I purchased at auction. One cloth circular seal is still complete, while the other had been opened.
I have no idea if the film is still usable or has previously been developed, but the box/cassette condition should imply it was at least stored in a dry, dark place.
I will ship wrapped in a ziploc bag wrapped in foam blankets in a box, but am willing to cater to requests if a buyer has a preferred shipping method.
