Vintage Alba Julia Dog Porcelain Dog in Bag Satchel

In really good shape. Looks to have holes in it to hold earrings?
Only issue i see is some color missing (last pic)  it doesnt feel like a chip as its smooth. It just missing a tiny bit of color. Circled in Black---Factory Flaw most likely.
