Vintage Tiny Dog Figurine Painted Metal? marked

Description

This is so cute. When I tap the bottom, it sounds like metal, but can’t swear to it. I wouldn’t think paint would stick to metal this well. It is marked, but I can’t make it out. You collectors probably know what your looking at. It is only approx. 1 1/2” tall, and has no damage. Please feel free to ask questions.
